งาน Mnet Asian Music Awards ประจำปี 2013 จัดขึ้นที่ Hong Kong Asia World Expo Arena ประเทศฮ่องกง วันที่ 22 พฤศจิกายน 2556

งาน MAMA เริ่มต้นจัดครั้งแรกเมื่อปี 1999 ซึ่งเป็นงานประกาศรางวัลใหญ่อีกเวทีหนึ่งของวงการเพลง K-pop ซึ่งจะดึงดูดเหล่าศิลปินทั่วโลกให้มาร่วมในงานครั้งนี้ ในงานจะรวมทั้งแฟนเพลงชาวต่างขาติและเหล่าศิลปินทั่วทุกมุมโลกที่ต่างวัฒนธรรมและภาษามารวมตัวกันในงานดนตรีที่ยิ่งใหญ่ของเอเชีย
